The designer – who first released the Bekett trainer almost exactly 10 years ago – has launched recently the Balskee sneaker, a new take on the very famous wedge trainer, which has been adapted to have more volume and a higher heel.
The shoe is very heavily influenced by the original, which was one of the 'it' shoes of the Noughties. It gained cult status when Beyoncé famously wore a pair in her Love On Top music video, while Rihanna, Gisele Bündchen and Kendall Jenner (and pretty much every fashion editor on the front row) also picked up a pair.
