Shipping

At BLUSH we always strive to find environmentally friendly solutions and all of our designer pieces and skincare products are shipped in eco-friendly packaging.

Shipping methods

Orders in the European Union are shipped via our affiliate couriers DHL Express or UPS Standard. All shipments that are sent by BLUSH are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs for orders over €300 are free of charge (standard delivery option only). Please refer to the chart below for shipping methods as well as shipping costs and delivery times for your destination.

Track your status

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL or UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

Currently we only ship within European Union but are working on possibilities to ship also to countries outside EU.

Returns

We offer the opportunity to make a refund for product bought from online store. Please note, we do not make a refund in our physical store. However we can offer you an exchange for a different product of the same value.

Refunds on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging.

Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Please note that we do not accept returns of Skincare & Make up products. 

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less a the return label fee if applicable.

Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, PayPal, American Express, etc.

To make shopping quicker in future, you have the option to safely store your credit card details.

Your full card details will never be displayed, only the last four digits so that you know which card you’re using.

You can choose not to save your card details by unchecking the box on the payment page. If you change or add a new address, you’ll need to re-enter your card details.
